Before entering the Republic of Latvia, you must fill out a form on the website www.covidpass.lv .
The questionnaire is filled out in English, Latvian or Russian.
When filling out the form, the passenger receives a QR code with the necessary information to confirm the shipment.
The confirmation must be completed no earlier than 48 hours before crossing the border of the Republic of Latvia.
The passenger assumes full responsibility for providing correct data.
If a questionnaire is not completed upon entering the country, administrative liability is provided with a fine of up to 2000 euros.
A negative PCR test made at least 72 hours before arrival in the Republic of Latvia is mandatory!
