  The time depends on the chosen tariff and usually ranges from a few minutes to half an hour.

• How early do I need to arrive at the airport?

  Please note that check-in starts 3.5 hours and ends exactly 1 hour before departure.

• What do I need for check-in at the airport with an electronic ticket?

  You will need a passport for adults and a birth certificate for children.

• What is the free baggage allowance?

  It depends on the tariff category:

  • Business — total weight up to 10 kg with a sum of three dimensions 115 cm,
  • Economy — total weight up to 8 kg with a sum of three dimensions 115 cm

  Note that each item carried by the passenger will be considered hand luggage: handbag, bag, laptop, camera, case, basket, etc. Therefore, we recommend collecting all items in one piece of hand luggage that meets the airline`s rules.

• How do I get an official certificate confirming my flight with Uzbekistan Airways?

  You need to submit an application, specifying your full name, passport details, ticket number, direction, flight date, and reason for the request. Then, send it through the form on the Passenger Information page or by email to help@uzairways.online.
