According to the decision of the Special Republican Commission, from December 25, 2020, Uzbekistan will introduce a new procedure for conducting an express test for the presence of the antigen of coronavirus infection in persons arriving in Uzbekistan.
Before departure, passengers are allowed on board the aircraft only with a negative PCR response.
From December 25, everyone arriving in Uzbekistan is required to pass a rapid test for the presence of antigen to COVID-19, even if arriving guests have a certificate with a negative PCR test for coronavirus.
The test is carried out at airports, train stations and border points at the personal expense of arriving passengers (95,000 soums).
